The direct inclusion of School and Department information streamlines the data reporting process and reduces the potential for errors that may arise from manual mapping or inference methods. 2. Mapping Function in the CSV Processing Pipeline:

   • If the Registrar cannot provide these fields directly, we will implement a mapping function in the CSV processing pipeline. This function will infer the School and Department based on the Subject code.

This approach involves creating a lookup table or algorithm that associates each Subject code with its corresponding School and Department.
